A wake, you drunkards, and weep; wail, all you drinkers of wine, because of the sweet juice, for it is cut off and removed from your mouth.

Wake up and cry, you who drink too much. Cry in a loud voice, all you who drink wine, for the sweet wine has been taken from your lips.
