Y es, magnified itself, even against the Prince of the host; and from Him the continual was taken away and the place of sanctuary was cast down and profaned.

وَرَفَعَ نَفسَهُ مُتَحَدِّياً رَبَّ جُندِ السَّماءِ. وَألغَى الذَّبِيحَةَ اليَومِيَّةَ، وَهَدَمَ الهَيكَلَ.
