T hen these same men came thronging to the king and said, Know, O king, that it is a law of the Medes and Persians that no decree or statute which the king establishes may be changed or repealed.

Pero aquellos hombres rodearon al rey y le dijeron: —Sabes, oh rey, que es ley de Media y de Persia que ningún edicto u ordenanza que el rey confirme puede ser abrogado.
