T his sentence is by the decree of the watchers and the decision is by the word of the holy ones, to the intent that the living may know that the Most High rules the kingdom of mankind and gives it to whomever He will and sets over it the humblest and lowliest of men.

Esta sentencia la han decretado los vigilantes, y los santos han ordenado ejecutarla, para que todos los seres vivos reconozcan que el Altísimo es el señor del reino de los hombres, y que él entrega este reino a quien él quiere, y entroniza en él al hombre más humilde.’
