T hen he came to the gate which faced the east and went up its steps and measured the threshold of the gateway, one reed broad, and the other threshold of the gateway, one reed broad.

Then came he to the gate which looks toward the east, and went up its steps: and he measured the threshold of the gate, one reed wide; and the other threshold, one reed wide.
