A nd you, son of man, thus says the Lord God: Say to the birds of prey of every sort and to every beast of the field, Assemble yourselves and come, gather from every side to the sacrificial feast that I am preparing for you, even a great sacrificial feast on the mountains of Israel at which you may eat flesh and drink blood.

Et toi, fils de l'homme, ainsi parle le Seigneur, l'Éternel: Dis aux oiseaux, à tout ce qui a des ailes, Et à toutes les bêtes des champs: Réunissez-vous, venez, rassemblez-vous de toutes parts, Pour le sacrifice où j'immole pour vous des victimes, Grand sacrifice sur les montagnes d'Israël! Vous mangerez de la chair, et vous boirez du sang.
