B ehold therefore, I am against you and against your streams, and I will make the land of Egypt an utter waste and desolation from Migdol to Syene, even as far as the border of Ethiopia.

«لِهَذا أنا ضِدُّكِ وَضِدُّ نَهْرَكِ. سَأُحَوِّلُ كُلَّ أرْضِ مِصرَ، مِنْ مَجْدَلَ إلَى أسْوانَ وَحَتَّى حُدُودِ كُوشَ، إلَى سِلسِلَةٍ مِنَ الأماكِنِ الخَرِبَةِ.
