S ay to them, Thus says the Lord God: This oracle or revelation concerns the prince in Jerusalem and all the house of Israel who are in it.

قُلْ لَهُمْ: ‹يَقُولُ الرّبُّ الإلَهُ: هَذِهِ رِسالَةٌ إلَى حاكِمِ القُدْسِ، وَإلَى كُلَّ بَني إسْرائِيلَ السّاكِنينَ فِيها.
