N ow in thirtieth year, in the fourth month, in the fifth day of the month, as I was in the midst of captivity beside the river Chebar, the heavens were opened and I saw visions of God.

La trentième année, le cinquième jour du quatrième mois, comme j'étais parmi les captifs du fleuve du Kebar, les cieux s'ouvrirent, et j'eus des visions divines.
