T herefore thus says the Lord: Behold, I will plead your cause and take vengeance for you. I will dry up her lake or great reservoir and make her fountain dry.

لِذَلِكَ، هَذا هُوَ ما يَقُولُهُ اللهُ: «سَأُدافِعُ عَنْ قَضِيَّتِكِ، وَسَأنتَقِمُ لَكِ. سَأجعَلُ بَحرَها صَحراءَ، وَسَأُجَفِّفُ يَنابِيعَها.
