T hus says the Lord: Behold, I will raise up against Babylon and against those who dwell among those rebelling against Me a destroying wind and spirit;

هَذا هُوَ ما يَقُولُهُ اللهُ: «سَأُثِيرُ عَلَى بابِلَ وَعَلَى سُكّانِ لِيبَ قامايَ رِيحاً مُدَمِّرَةً.
