B ut that day is a day of the Lord, the Lord of hosts—a day of vengeance, that He may avenge Himself on His adversaries. And the sword shall devour, and it shall be satiated and shall drink its fill of their blood; for the Lord, the Lord of hosts has a sacrifice in the north country by the river Euphrates.


Porque aquele dia é o dia do Senhor Deus dos exércitos, dia de vingança para ele se vingar dos seus adversários. A espada devorará, e se fartará, e se embriagará com o sangue deles; pois o Senhor Deus dos exércitos tem um sacrifício na terra do Norte junto ao rio Eufrates.
