T hus says the Lord: Cursed is the strong man who trusts in and relies on frail man, making weak flesh his arm, and whose mind and heart turn aside from the Lord.

Thus said Jehovah: Cursed the man who doth trust in man, And hath made flesh his arm, And from Jehovah whose heart turneth.
