A s the heat in a dry land You will bring down the noise of aliens; and as the heat is brought low by the shadow of a cloud, so the song of the ruthless ones is brought low.

Thou hast subdued the tumult of strangers, as the heat in a dry place; the heat, by the shadow of a cloud, the song of the terrible ones is brought low.
