A time to rend and a time to sew, a time to keep silence and a time to speak,

وَقْتٌ لِتَمْزِيقِ الثِّيابِ، وَوَقْتٌ لِتَخيِيطِها. وَقْتٌ لِلصَّمْتِ، وَوَقْتٌ لِلتَّكَلُّمِ.
