S o I turned around and gave my heart up to despair over all the labor of my efforts under the sun.

فَعُدَّتُ وَسَلَّمْتُ قَلبِي لِليَأسِ، وَنَدِمْتُ عَلَى كُلِّ جَهْدٍ بَذَلْتُهُ فِي هَذِهِ الدُّنْيا.
