H e who observes the wind will not sow, and he who regards the clouds will not reap.

فَمَنْ يَنتَظِرُ الرِّيحَ المُناسِبَةَ لَنْ يَزرَعَ، وَمَنْ يَحسِبُ حِساباً لِلغُيُومِ لَنْ يَحصُدَ.
