W ho has ascended into heaven and descended? Who has gathered the wind in His fists? Who has bound the waters in His garment? Who has established all the ends of the earth? What is His name, and what is His Son’s name, if you know?

Quem subiu ao céu e desceu? quem encerrou os ventos nos seus punhos? mas amarrou as águas no seu manto? quem estabeleceu todas as extremidades da terra? qual é o seu nome, e qual é o nome de seu filho? Certamente o sabes!
