Proverbs 29:4 ~ ﺃﻣﺜﺎﻝ 29:4

T he king by justice establishes the land, but he who exacts gifts and tribute overthrows it.

المَلِكُ الَّذِي يَحكُمُ بِالعَدلِ يُثَبِّتُ دَولَتَهُ، أمّا المَلِكُ الَّذِي يُحِبُّ الهَدايا فَسَيُدَمَّرُها.
