T hen Moses stood in the gate of the camp, and said, Whoever is on the Lord’s side, let him come to me. And all the Levites gathered together to him.

So Moses stood in the gate of the place where they had set up their tents and said, “Whoever is for the Lord, come to me!” And all the sons of Levi came together around him.
