F or in six days the Lord made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested the seventh day. That is why the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and hallowed it.

فَاللهُ خَلَقَ السَّماءَ وَالأرْضَ وَالبِحارَ وَكُلَّ ما فِيها فِي سِتَّةِ أيّامٍ، وَاستَراحَ فِي اليَومِ السّابِعِ. لِهَذا بارَكَ اللهُ اليَومَ السّابِعَ وَقَدَّسَهُ.
