A nd he cried to the Lord, and the Lord showed him a tree which he cast into the waters, and the waters were made sweet. There made for them a statute and an ordinance, and there He proved them,

Moses cried to the Lord, and the Lord showed him a tree. He threw it into the water, and the water became sweet. There the Lord made a Law for them and tested them.
