A t midnight the Lord slew every firstborn in the land of Egypt, from the firstborn of Pharaoh who sat on his throne to the firstborn of the prisoner in the dungeon, and all the firstborn of the livestock.

Perciò avvenne che a mezzanotte l'Eterno colpì tutti i primogeniti nel paese di Egitto. dal primogenito del Faraone che sedeva sul suo trono, al primogenito del prigioniero che era in carcere, e tutti i primogeniti del bestiame.
