S o the king of Egypt called for the midwives and said to them, Why have you done this thing and allowed the male children to live?

فَدَعا مَلِكُ مِصْرَ القابِلَتَيْنِ وَقالَ لَهُما: «لِماذا عَمِلْتُما هَذِا وَتَرَكْتُما الأولادَ يَعِيشُونَ؟»
