U nto You do I cry, O Lord my Rock, be not deaf and silent to me, lest, if You be silent to me, I become like those going down to the pit.

Unto thee, Jehovah, do I call; my rock, be not silent unto me, lest, thou keep silence toward me, I become like them that go down into the pit.
