T herefore He said He would destroy them. had not Moses, His chosen one, stepped into the breach before Him to turn away His threatening wrath.

所 以 ， 他 说 要 灭 绝 他 们 ； 若 非 有 他 所 拣 选 的 摩 西 站 在 当 中 （ 原 文 是 破 口 ） ， 使 他 的 忿 怒 转 消 ， 恐 怕 他 就 灭 绝 他 们 。
