A nd all the princes of the provinces and the chief rulers and the governors and they who attended to the king’s business helped the Jews, because the fear of Mordecai had fallen upon them.

وَدَعَمَهُمْ كُلُّ رُؤَساءِ البِلادِ وَالوُلاةِ وَالحُكّامِ وَوُكَلاءِ المَلِكِ، لأنَّهُمْ كانُوا يَخافُونَ مِنْ مُرْدَخايَ.
