T he Jews ordained and took it upon themselves and their descendants and all who joined them that without fail every year they would keep these two days at the appointed time and as it was written,

iudeii au hotărât atât pentru ei, cât şi pentru urmaşii lor, dar şi pentru toţi cei care li se vor mai adăuga, să nu înceteze să sărbătorească aceste două zile, în fiecare an, după cum spunea scrisoarea, la vremea hotărâtă.
