B ut when Esther brought the matter before the king, he commanded in writing that Haman’s wicked scheme which he had devised against the Jews should return upon his own head, and that he and his sons should be hanged on the gallows.

Pero cuando esto llegó al conocimiento del rey, éste ordenó por carta que el perverso plan que había tramado contra los judíos recayera sobre su cabeza, y que él y sus hijos fueran colgados en la horca.
