A nd Memucan answered before the king and the princes, Vashti the queen has not only done wrong to the king but also to all the princes and to all the peoples who are in all the provinces of King Ahasuerus.

Respondeu Memucã na presença do rei e dos príncipes: Não somente contra o rei pecou a rainha Vasti, mas também contra todos os príncipes, e contra todos os povos que há em todas as províncias do rei Assuero.
