T he Fountain Gate was repaired by Shallum son of Col-hozeh, ruler of the district of Mizpah. He rebuilt and covered it and set up its doors, its bolts, and its bars, and the wall of the Pool of Shelah (Siloam), by the King’s Garden, as far as the stairs that go down from the the City of David.

Salum, hijo de Col-hoze, oficial del distrito de Mizpa, reparó la puerta de la Fuente. La edificó, la revistió y asentó sus hojas, sus cerrojos y sus barras, y la muralla del estanque de Siloé en el jardín del rey hasta las gradas que descienden de la ciudad de David.
