T hen Eliashib the high priest rose up with his brethren the priests and built the Sheep Gate. They consecrated it and set up its doors; they consecrated it even to the Tower of Hammeah or the Hundred, as far as the Tower of Hananel.

Éliaschib, le souverain sacrificateur, se leva avec ses frères, les sacrificateurs, et ils bâtirent la porte des brebis. Ils la consacrèrent et en posèrent les battants; ils la consacrèrent, depuis la tour de Méa jusqu'à la tour de Hananeel.
