T hen came this Sheshbazzar and laid the foundation of the house of God in Jerusalem; and since that time until now it has been in the process of being rebuilt and is not completed yet.

Then came the same Sheshbazzar, laid the foundation of the house of God which is at Jerusalem; and since that time even until now has it been in building, and it is not completed.
