T hus says Cyrus king of Persia: All the kingdoms of the earth the Lord, the God of heaven, has given me, and He has charged me to build Him a house in Jerusalem, which is in Judah. Whoever there is among you of all His people, may the Lord his God be with him, and let him go up.

«Así dice Ciro, rey de los persas: Jehová, el Dios de los cielos, me ha dado todos los reinos de la tierra, y me ha mandado que le edifique Casa en Jerusalén, que está en Judá. Quien de entre vosotros pertenezca a su pueblo, que sea Jehová, su Dios, con él, y suba allá.»
