B ecause your heart was tender and penitent and you humbled yourself before God when you heard His words against this place and its inhabitants, and humbled yourself before Me and rent your clothes and wept before Me, I have heard you, says the Lord.

‹قَدْ تابَ قَلبُكَ وَتَواضَعْتَ فِي حَضرَةِ اللهِ عِندَما سَمِعْتَ هَذا الكَلامَ، وَمَزَّقْتَ ثِيابَكَ وَبَكَيتَ أمامِي، وَأنا قَدْ سَمِعْتُكَ. يَقُولُ اللهُ.
