T hey began on the first day of the first month, and on the eighth day they came to the porch of the Lord. Then for eight days they sanctified the house of the Lord, and on the sixteenth day they finished.

Cominciarono queste purificazioni il primo giorno del primo mese, e l’ottavo giorno dello stesso mese vennero al portico del Signore; impiegarono otto giorni per purificare la casa del Signore. Il sedicesimo giorno del primo mese avevano finito.
