Jehudaía, su mujer, dio a luz a Jered, el padre de Gedor, a Jéber, el padre de Soco, y a Jecutiel, el padre de Zanoaj. Éstos fueron los hijos de Bitia, la hija de Faraón, con la cual se casó Mered.
