A ll the brave men arose, took away the bodies of Saul and his sons, brought them to Jabesh, and buried their bones under the oak in Jabesh; then they fasted seven days.

Levantáronse todos los hombres valientes, y tomaron el cuerpo de Saúl, y los cuerpos de sus hijos, y trajéronlos á Jabes; y enterraron sus huesos debajo del alcornoque en Jabes, y ayunaron siete días.
