2 Kings 23:3 ~ 2 Reyes 23:3

T he king stood by the pillar and made a covenant before the Lord—to walk after the Lord and to keep His commandments, His testimonies, and His statutes with all his heart and soul, to confirm the words of this covenant that were written in this book. And all the people stood to join in the covenant.

Después el rey se puso en pie junto a la columna e hizo pacto delante del Señor de andar en pos del Señor y de guardar sus mandamientos, sus testimonios y sus estatutos con todo su corazón y con toda su alma, para cumplir las palabras de este pacto escritas en este libro. Y todo el pueblo confirmó el pacto.
