W hen heaven is shut up and no rain falls because they have sinned against You, if they pray in this place and confess Your name (Your revelation of Yourself) and turn from their sin when You afflict them,

When the heavens are shut up, and there is no rain, because they have sinned against thee; if they pray toward this place, and confess thy name, and turn from their sin, because thou hast afflicted them;
