T hen Solomon stood before the Lord’s burnt offering altar in the presence of all the assembly of Israel, and spread forth his hands toward heaven

ثُمَّ وَقَفَ سُلَيْمانُ أمامَ مَذبَحِ اللهِ مُقابِلَ كُلِّ الشَّعبِ. وَبَسَطَ يَدَيهِ ناظِراً نَحْوَ السَّماءِ.
