T hen the king said, Give her the living baby, and by no means slay him. She is the child’s mother.

فَقالَ المَلِكُ سُلَيْمانُ: «لا تَقتُلِ الوَلَدَ! بَلْ أعطِهِ لِلمَرأةِ الأُولَى، فَهِيَ أُمُّهُ.»
