A nd he said to the king, Thus says the Lord: Because you have let go out of your hand the man I had devoted to destruction, therefore your life shall go for his life, and your people for his people.

Dijo entonces al rey: —Así ha dicho Jehová: “Por cuanto dejaste escapar de tus manos al hombre que yo había condenado, pagarás con tu vida por la suya, y con tu pueblo por el suyo.”
