1 Kings 2:42 ~ ﺍﻟﻤﻠﻮﻙ ﺍﻷﻭ 2:42

A nd the king sent for Shimei and said to him, Did I not make you swear by the Lord and warn you, saying, Know with certainty, on the day you go out and walk abroad anywhere, you shall surely die? And you said to me, I have heard your word. It is accepted.

فَأرسَلَ سُلَيْمانُ فِي طَلَبِهِ. وَقالَ لَهُ: «أما اسْتَحلَفْتُكَ بِاللهِ أنْ لا تُغادِرَ القُدسَ؟ أما أنذَرْتُكَ أنَّكَ إذا غادَرْتَها إلَى أيِّ مَكانٍ فَإنَّ هَذِهِ سَتَكُونُ نِهايَتَكَ؟ أما وَافَقْتَنِي عَلَى كُلِّ ما قُلْتُ، وَوَعَدْتَ بِأنْ تُطِيعَنِي؟
