T herefore behold, I will bring evil upon the house of Jeroboam and will cut off from every male, both bond and free, in Israel, and will utterly sweep away the house of Jeroboam as a man sweeps away dung, till it is all gone.

因 此 ， 我 必 使 災 禍 臨 到 耶 羅 波 安 的 家 ， 將 屬 耶 羅 波 安 的 男 丁 ， 無 論 困 住 的 、 自 由 的 都 從 以 色 列 中 剪 除 ， 必 除 盡 耶 羅 波 安 的 家 ， 如 人 除 盡 糞 土 一 般 。
