T hree sons of Zeruiah were there: Joab, Abishai, and Asahel. Now Asahel was as light of foot as a wild roe or antelope.

وَكانَ لِصُرُوِيَّةَ ثلاثَةُ أبْناءٍ هُمْ يُوآبُ وَأَبِيشايُ وَعَسائِيلُ. وَكانَ عَسائِيلُ سَريعاً فِي الرَّكضِ كَما لو كانَ غزالاً بَرِّيًّا.
