S o the army went out into the field against Israel, and the battle was fought in the forest of Ephraim.

وَخَرَجَ جيشُ داوُدَ إلَى الحَقلِ ضِدَّ بَنِي إسْرائِيلَ الذِينَ مَعَ أبْشالُومَ. وَكانَ القِتالُ في غابَةِ أفْرايِمَ.
