A nd the counsel of Ahithophel in those days was as if a man had consulted the word of God; so was all Ahithophel’s counsel considered both by David and by Absalom.

And the counsel of Ahithophel which he counselled in those days as one inquireth at the word of God; so all the counsel of Ahithophel both to David and to Absalom.
