T hen said Absalom, If not, I pray you, let my brother Amnon go with us. And the king said to him, Why should he go with you?

وَقالَ لَهُ أبْشالُومُ: «إنْ كُنْتَ لا تُريدُ الذَّهابَ، أرجُو أنْ تَطلَبَ مِنْ أخِي أمْنُونَ يُرافِقُنِي.» فَسَألَهُ الملِكُ: «لِمَ تُرِيدُ أنْ يَذْهَبَ مَعَكَ؟»
