A nd the Lord God said to the serpent, Because you have done this, you are cursed above all animals and above every living thing of the field; upon your belly you shall go, and you shall eat dust all the days of your life.

Então o Senhor Deus disse ã serpente: Porquanto fizeste isso, maldita serás tu dentre todos os animais domésticos, e dentre todos os animais do campo; sobre o teu ventre andarás, e pó comerás todos os dias da tua vida.
